Earl is a graduate of Indiana University’s School of Public Health. He has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in entrepreneurship and corporate innovation through the Kelley School of Business. To complement his formal education, Earl has accreditation as a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. He also carries 8 years of experience in personal and group training in health clubs, scholastically, corporate wellness, and cardiac rehab.
Gillian Reed, ACE -CPT
Gillian is a certified ACE Personal Trainer and Health Coach. Her fitness journey began three years ago when she wanted to find a natural way to combat mental health struggles. While completing a Journalism degree from Indiana University’s Liberal Arts program, she found her real purpose for life in health and fitness.
Gill helps clients transition their fitness journeys into lifestyles. Gillian accomplishes this through personalized workout programs focusing on functional movements and strength training.
Gill will not only provide mental and physical strength but also equips you with skills that will translate into everyday life. Gillian values creating a supportive and collaborative environment for clients to set their own goals while working side-by-side with her to achieve them. You know where you want to be. She wants to help you get there.
McKenzie Loge, ACSM-CPT
McKenzie Loge is a 2020 graduate of Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. McKenzie is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. While at IUPUI she played 4 years of Division I softball. The skills and tools she has gained through the classroom and sports have helped her to become successful in the health and fitness industry.
Coursework at IUPUI gave McKenzie the chance to do an internship at Capture Fitness. This opportunity gave her the opportunity to learn and work firsthand with Earl. McKenzie is committed to helping create client-specific goals for their own fitness needs. As your personal trainer, McKenzie will help to guide you through safe workouts modified to your needs.
